ReplyIn5 ("ReplyIn5," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Noah AI, a sole proprietor based in New York, NY. ReplyIn5 operates the website at replyin5.com and provides speed-to-lead automation services to business customers under the Lead Rescue brand (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
When you contact us through our website, request a demo, or become a customer, you may provide:
- Name, work email address, agency name, phone number
- Messages or inquiries you send us
- Billing and payment information (processed by third-party payment processors — we do not store full card numbers)
- Business information necessary to configure the Service (e.g., CRM connection details, messaging templates)
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps) and cookie / similar-technology data for analytics and site functionality.
Information collected through the Service
If you are a customer, the Service processes data about leads submitted to your forms — such as name, email, phone number, and form responses — so that it can send automated messages, parse replies, and book meetings on your behalf. You (our customer) are the controller of that lead data; Lead Rescue acts as a processor on your behalf.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the Service you requested
- To send service-related SMS and email communications (e.g., demo confirmations, onboarding, support)
- To operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Service
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- With your consent, to send you product updates or relevant marketing — you can opt out at any time
3. SMS Messaging
This section explains how Lead Rescue uses phone numbers collected through our website and the consent terms for SMS communications.
- Purpose. Phone numbers collected via our contact form are used to send transactional SMS messages related to the user's inquiry — for example, demo scheduling, onboarding coordination, and responses to questions you submitted.
- Consent. SMS consent is collected via an optional, unchecked checkbox on the contact form. You can submit the form and receive a response without consenting to SMS. Only users who explicitly check the SMS opt-in box will receive text messages from ReplyIn5.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your inquiry.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-out. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from us.
- Help. For assistance, reply HELP to any message, or email hello@replyin5.com.
- No third-party sharing. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only third parties that receive phone numbers are infrastructure providers (e.g., Twilio) strictly to deliver the messages you authorized.
- Not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of using any of our services.
A2P 10DLC context
Lead Rescue is a Business-to-Business (B2B) service. We send SMS in two distinct contexts:
- To prospective and current business customers — i.e., agency owners who have contacted ReplyIn5. Messages are limited to demo scheduling, onboarding, and account-related communication. Consent is obtained when you submit the contact form on this site and explicitly opt in to receive SMS messages via an optional, unchecked checkbox accompanied by the full SMS disclosure displayed directly beneath the phone number field. You may submit the form without opting in to SMS.
- To end-consumers of our business customers — i.e., leads of our customers' clients. In this case, Lead Rescue sends messages on behalf of our customer, under the customer's brand, following the customer's own consent-collection processes. Our customers warrant that they have obtained proper opt-in consent from their leads before those leads' phone numbers are passed to the Service.
4. How we share information
We share information only in limited circumstances:
- Service providers / sub-processors: Infrastructure partners that help us run the Service (e.g., Twilio for SMS, Google Cloud and HubSpot for workflow execution, Anthropic for AI reply parsing, payment processors for billing). These providers are contractually limited to using the data only to provide services to Lead Rescue.
- Legal & safety: When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lead Rescue, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to reasonable privacy protections.
- With your consent: For any other purpose you explicitly agree to.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with any third parties for their own marketing.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as is necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@replyin5.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@replyin5.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure, but we work to meet industry standards for a service of our size and scope.
8. International transfers
Lead Rescue is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business customers and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify customers directly.
